We are looking for a Dispatch Administrator to help run our warehouse dispatch; efficiently, accurately and timeously.

Dispatch Administrator responsibilities include supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing dispatching documentation. To be successful in this role, you should be well-organized and understand the warehouse dispatch function.

Ultimately, you will ensure our customers receive the right orders on time, the first time.

Key Responsibilities:

Planning dispatch based on product availability, project deadlines and customer requests
Tracking orders to ensure timely deliveries
Preparing dispatch documents (like invoices, purchase orders and delivery notes etc).
Coordinate our supply chain procedures to maximize quality of delivery
Schedule deliveries and collections
Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
Assist with the stock audit and highlight the levels of our warehouse stock
Provide information to customers about the status of their delivery
Key Requirements:

Work experience as a Dispatch Administrator, Logistics Administrator, Warehouse Administrator or similar role
Knowledge of logistics software, dispatch procedure tools or transport management systems
Good verbal and written communication skills
Client liaison abilities
Decision making abilities
Organizational skills, ability to prioritize, deadline orientated, attention to detail, accuracy and conciseness
Basic computer skills
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Relevant Qualification in Administration/Logistics/Warehouse
