? Control of dispatch and production forklift operations in accordance with applicable works instructions.
? Ensuring all SAP and admin related functions are timorously done.
? Manage the CSI pillar and SFA management pillar functions
? Perform Stock takes and cycle counts as required.
? Ensure that subordinates obey safety regulations and observe safety precautions as laid down in the applicable legislation…
? Daily planning and co-ordination of the Transport requirements – cost and cost allocations.
? Manage the working capital for the factory , by ensuring correct inventory levels in the plant
? Supervision of both the Finished goods, Local and Imported merchandise and Raw material Warehouse, Dispatch and production forklift operations.
? Control of capital equipment and proper utilization of equipment under his control.
? Budget and cost control.
? Control transport costs.
? Compiling monthly and periodic reports as required.
? Co-ordinate forklift truck maintenance
Candidate Requirements
A relevant Tertiary Qualification (Degree in Logistics/ Warehousing/ Supply chain management)
4 years experience in logistics, inventory control and warehouse supervision
Computer Literate, MS office
SAP R3 Experience
Good communication skills ( English and Afrikaans)
