A leading 3PL is looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to join their dynamic team.

Job Requirements
• Overview of Inbound, Outbound, Reverse Logistics, Inventory, Facilities, Health and Safety
• Conduct regular warehouse meetings
• Compile daily management reports, ensure accurate record keeping
• Implement and maintain effective stock control measures
• Overview of Inbound, Outbound, Planning
• Maintain and monitor operating processes
• Ensure compliance with internal and external audits
• Participate in operations with positive feedback and suggestions to improve working conditions
• Developing performance standards, measuring performance according to standards
• Manage housekeeping, safety and quality
• Oversee SHEQ standards are adhered to
• Ensure that all incidents and accidents within the warehouse are recorded and reported
• Direct Reports – Outbound Manager, Reverse Logistics Manager, Inbound Manager, Warehouse Planner, Warehouse Supervisors
• Development and training of subordinates according to Workplace Skills Plan
• Disciplinary hearings is conducted in a fair manner. – Initiate and Chair
• DC load planning
• Interaction with Cross Dock operations
• Short term and long term budgeting
• Cost analysis and adherence

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Diploma in Logistics
• Experience in managing large warehouse +/-50 000SQM
• Financial experience
