Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Logistics /Operations
5 years Senior Management experience in an operational environment

Responsibilities
The smooth running of Operations through proper planning
Elimination of errors or damage to product and handling all operational problems
Optimal usage of resources, including staff, equipment and pallets
Control of departmental costs and providing input to budgets and reviews
Monthly reporting on key operational areas
Management, discipline and developing of staff
Ensure compliance with Company’s Management System
Ensure maintenance of statutory and other applicable certification
Handling customer queries
Maintaining high standard of housekeeping and safety
