Minimum Requirements:
• 5 years proven experience in Warehouse Management
• Powerful leading skills
• People Management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Matric/ Grade 12(preference will be given to tertiary qualifications)
• Ability to work overtime when required

• Manage staff effectively
• Customer complaints are sorted out within the agreed service level
• To be in charge of stock in the furniture and lighting warehouses
• Check orders, picking slips from order
• Update stock daily and report any queries on stock to the Operations Manager
• Identify new stock problems coming with containers from suppliers
• Protect employees by providing a safe and clean environment
• Complete administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Carry out general duties when required
Job Responsibilities
• Check orders(picking slips) from order
• Update stock daily
• Customer complaints and queries are sorted out within at he agreed service level
• Maintain the Health and Safety of staff
• All stock is packed properly to ensure that damages are minimised
• Stock preparation for stock take
• Monitoring of stock at receiving
• Report any queries of stock to Operations Manager
• Identify new stock problems coming with containers from suppliers
• Labelling and relabeling of stock from suppliers
• Communicating with sales staff for orders
• Opening and closure of warehouse
• Accurate maintenance of all records, systems and procedures.
