Warehouse Manager (EE/AA)
We are urgently recruiting for a seasoned Warehouse Manager to ensure that all orders are correctly picked and ready for despatch on a daily basis and to ensure picking staff complete all allocated tasks on a daily basis.

Desired Skills & Experience
• Degree / Diploma in Warehousing, Supply Chain or Logistics or related
• Must be able to handle a highly pressurized environment
• 5+ years Management experience gained in a Logistics/FMCG/Manufacturing environment
• Computer literate in MSOffice package and ERP system
• Knowledge of and experience with WMS
• Knowledge of Health and Safety Procedure
• Must be able to work long hours and rotating day/night shifts

Key responsibilities will also include:
• Picking/Checker performance: Collect picking tasks for the shift and allocate picking tasks as per company procedures to the pickers within the warehouse as determined by task priority.
• Stock count Accuracy: Ensure stock counts are accurate and in line with your depot efficiencies as determined by your manager.
• Ensure that all stock in collection is reconciled before stock take.
• Warehouse damages: Ensure that all warehouse damages are kept to a minimum and are in line with the accepted warehouse damages percentage.
• General: Assist in lock up procedures as required.
• Maintain Health and Safety standards.
• Reconcile and check pallet register for all pallets received via receiving and pallets dispatched with monthly account.
• Assist Management with any other task as required
