We are currently seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor for one of our well established clients with in the contract logistics sector.

Requirements:
Grade 12
Infor WM10
Microsoft office
2 - 3 years experience in contract logistics and Infor WM10.
2-3 years people management experience
1 year experience in client relationship management.
Experience in investigating stock discrepancies.
2-3 years implementing policies and procedures.
Knowledge and experience of QMS, OHS, SHE, ISO and Continuous Improvement Processes and Risk Management.
Stock control and storekeeping .
Able to execute all managerial functions independently.
Extensive knowledge about Inbound, CycleCount, Outbound and Return processes and workflows.
Own vehicle with a valid driver's licence.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for filling and shipping customer orders, receiving, inventory management and ensuring the availability of pallets.
Ensure the accuracy of shipment and supporting CL documentation, receiving incoming material and routing to appropriate area or personnel.
Ensure that inventory transactions are accurately logged and oversee cycle counts and reconciliation activities.
Ensure all customer and warehouse targets are met on a daily basis in line with defined KPI’s.
Responsible for Health, Safety, Environment, Facility compliance and Risk (SHERQ) ensuring the update, communication and implementation to all warehouse staff.
Ensure that the team is compliant with all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Build and maintain long term positive relationships with the client.
Meet all Quality Management (QMS) requirements for operations.
Make recommendations for improving general warehouse operations.
Be vigilant about warehouse security and the general condition of stock, reporting any damages in time.
Identify situations and risks within the operation that may impact the operation and ability to deliver commitments.
