PURPOSE:
• Ensure all incoming stocks received from Factory comply with product quality specifications and Q&FS standards.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and integrity in process adherence and ensure customer service levels and maintained in all activities – order processing for replenishments and orders for Market DCs.
• Maintain accurate inventory controls and compliance to the necessary health and safety standards within the warehouse, whilst respecting quality and food safety.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Warehousing and stock control activities (including quality & food safety and health and safety standards)
• Manage a team of Forklift and Reach Truck Operators, Pickers, General staff to deliver exceptional customer service to markets
• Processing of replenishment orders to Market DCs and Distributors ensuring accuracy of loads and documentation, quality of load; shelf life requirements and product integrity.
• Dispatch of Marketing and sales items to Market DCs as required
• Align process and documentation to maintain corporate governance requirement
• Coordination of delivery service requirement
• Primary point of contact between Customer Service and Warehouse operations
• To ensure all loads received from Logistics Clerk and dispatched to Logistics Clerk are adequately checked and to ensure product quality
• Storage of product in accordance with best before date, FIFO and warehouse health and safety standards
• Maintain a high standard of health and safety within the warehouse
• Review any issues found and report to Logistics Manager
• Complete necessary daily stock & KPI reports

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• National Diploma in Operations/Supply Chain/ Logistics Management and/or previous experiences in logistic (FIFO, security stock level, point of supply, freight, supply chain, international transport, administration, laws…)
• PC literate (Microsoft Office)
