Our client is looking to employ a Warehouse Supervisor who has a qualification in Inventory and Stores Management. Salary negotiable depending on qualification and experience

• Grade 12.
• Qualification in Inventory and Stores Management
• 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
• PC skills, specifically MS Office.
• Valid Drivers and Forklift License.
• Counterbalance Lift Truck – Flexi License is advantageous. 

Duties:

• Manage and oversee stock on a daily basis (i.e perform regular stock counts and stock allocations) and report non-conformances on a daily basis;
• Perform stock rotation and update online inventory daily, ensure paperwork and loading of trucks is done efficiently and accurately;
• Liaise with the Laboratory regarding recalls, restrictions and rejected stock;
• Manage and control the operational vehicle and fuel usage thereof;
• Ensure that the forklifts and bendi trucks are inspected and serviced regularly;
• Inspect the condition of the warehouse (stock damages, cleanliness, security issues and damages to property) and ensure that it is up to standard;
• Oversee Team leaders and their subordinates (i.e working hours, leave etc.) and ensure that they are knowledgeable of their functions; and
• Assist with preparing and loading stock for export in containers.
