Shift Supervisor - Criteria;

• Grade: 12 (non-negotiable)

• Own Transport : YES (non-negotiable)

• Fluent in English:Yes (non-negotiable)

• Shifts:Yes (07h00 – 17h00 and 17h00 – 03h00) Monday to Friday.

• Weekend work: Not as a rule, however we do have stock-takes that needs to be done monthly over weekends. Also Public holidays might force
weekend work.

• Previous Frozen Food or Warehouse experience: 5 years

• Understand the fundamentals of Warehousing: Yes

• Must have been supervising and leading staff: Yes (shift consists of 13 staff, from general workers / pickers, forklift drivers, scanners, reach-
truck drivers and invoicing clerk)
• Computer literate: Yes, MS Office – Outlook, Excel, (Syspro & TL – Translution will be advantageous).

Preferable if you live in or around the Germiston / Alberton area.
