A coatings international company with a reputation of over 40 years in the international market is looking for a Warehouse Team leader to join their team, the successful incumbent must meet the below criteria;

Responsibilities:

This person will be responsible for receipt, record and storage of all incoming materials – raw materials, packing materials, engineering items & spares and also any other supplies that is used in production and R&D
The person is also responsible for closure of BU and FG work orders after ensuring all tracking and scanning of materials is correctly done
Planning of delivery schedule and deliver routing for the driver to proceed with deliveries
Periodic stock count and flagging off of major stock variance
Ensure procedures are followed in movement of visitors – particularly drivers and other visitors coming to factory for some work. All visitors must report to office and entry to shop floor will be strictly on need basis.
Liaise with supply chain to prepare delivery note and invoice on a daily basis
Experience & Qualifications

Skills – Experienced in managing a warehouse
Related Diploma
5 Years related experience
Comfortable in using MS Office, particularly comfort levels in using Excel
Must be in a position to grasp Sage X3 ERP system and able to generate reports and close work orders
Manage team under him and responsible for delivering / chasing DIFOT numbers
