Job Description:

R8 000 per month negotiable on experience and qualifications
Share in the success of this established international concern.
Duties:
Telephonic liaison with retailers and customers.
Obtain relevant information and assess validity of complaints.
Prepare warranty claim forms and related documents.
Provide customer service and ensure appropriate action to resolve customers problems.
Keep record of interactions recording details of enquiries.
Review warranty claim adjustments with retailers and service centres.
Process warranty claims for payments.
Complete contract forms.
Requirements:
Matric
Excellent English communication skills
Computer Literate
Relevant warranty administration experience
