Post credits received for payment of warranty claims
Maintains warranty parts for scrapping or refund in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
Follow up with factory and distributors regarding unpaid claims
Files warranty documentation and maintains records
Maintains CRM

Manage daily warranty processes, conduct audits and dealer/branch evaluations
