Web and Graphic Designer

Location: Sea Point, Cape Town
Salary: Negotiable

Requirements:
At least 1 years experience in design
A design degree or diploma from a reputable tertiary institution
Excellent writing skills in English
An excellent understanding of Adobe creative suite 5+
Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
An understanding of luxury and lifestyle brands
A creative mind with experience in creative conceptualisation, layout and design
Outstanding communications skills

Duties:

Conceptualisation and design of graphic applications such as marketing collateral material, corporate identity, web design, mobile sites, Facebook and other multimedia interfaces, from concept to completion.
Establishing the conceptual and stylistic direction for client’s brands
Working with photographers, illustrators, prepress technicians, printers and anyone else who is involved in the development of a project.
Sign off of proofs before printing
Delivery of work to client
Addition of work to the company’s portfolio
Updating the company’s internal branding and corporate identity as and when required
