A leading company based in Cape Town is looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Web Developer. Minimum of 4 years solid development experience required. Purpose of the job is to Conceptualize, create and produce innovative, intuitive, easy to use graphical user interfaces for self service applications, while maintaining NCR/Bytes Netkey's best practices. Skills required are designing in the Adobe CS4/CS5 software suite (Photoshop & Illustrator), Flash, HTML & CSS coding in Dreamweaver or other web authoring tool, Video Production/Conversion, creating animations in Flash. Uses both Macintosh and Windows environments. Preference for experience with self-service application development best practices and usability standards.

Required skills are
• Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
• Mandatory requirements for proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, VBScript, MS SQL, Crystal Report, Visual Basic, .Net. Good to have: Flex, Flash , Action script 3.0, CS4.
• Retail domain knowledge would be an advantage
