KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Grade 12 (Matric) plus Tertiary Qualification in Marketing and / or Digital Marketing
• Strong proficiency in Excel & Word
• Website development / content management system experience
• Minimum three years experience at an online media or e-commerce business
• Google Adwords and Analytics reporting tools
• SEO
• HTML

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:

• Maintain and update all group websites with content (eg. New stores, Media, Campaigns, Rewards Partners, Banners, SEO)
• Content management (briefing and reviewing content)
• Website maintenance and briefing in functional updates / issues
• Monitoring and testing websites and feedback thereof
•• Customer complaints and compliments on social media (Facebook, Twitter etc)
• Updating social media (Google Places / YouTube / Vimeo / Electronic screens)
• Monthly reporting on Google Analytics and PPC
• Keeping up to date with Digital trends
• Assisting Digital team with:Reporting, Emailers, Admin and invoicing
