R8 000 - R9 000 per month. To interact closely with clients to ensure seamless planning, contracting, co-ordination and invoicing for the wedding or event.
To ensure complete and accurate processing of wedding/event bookings
To produce detailed and comprehensive function sheets to document specific needs of clients
To obtain appropriate approvals and billing information for all expense related activities
Ensure event venues are set up correctly
Monitor the accuracy of any changes against original contract, PO and monitor in-house expenditure
Identify and resolve any booking conflicts, customer complaints etc.
Preparation of final invoice
Budget management
Marketing assistant - brochures, rate sheets, attend meetings, reports, internal promotions and events.

Requirements:
Matric or equivalent
Min 5 yrs working experience in the Hospitality industry or similar
Previous exp with a hotel PMS system
