Our client in the automotive component sector requires a Welder to Operate a Welding Machine

Key Job Outputs:

• Operate welding mahcine using the operating instructions and at the standard rate as set by the Process and Industrial Engineer
• Complete tool changes with specific standard times as determined by the time study
• Maintain machine ono a daily basis
• Provide accurate information to assist in reducing waste
• Complete tool changes within the specific standard times as determined by the time study
• Ensure conditions of the machine is aligned to the company Quality Standardsd

Key competencies:

• N6 .
• 3 years' automotive production experience
• Co2 Welding, butt welding experience
• Crane licence
• Electrical and mechanical skills
• Knowledge of PLC and HMI operation
• Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance Systems
• Ability to work under pressure
