Our client is urgently seeking a WELDING FOREMAN (HEAVY ENGINEERING INDUSTRY) – position based in Northern KwaZulu-Natal.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Qualified / trade tested Welder.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Previous experience in a similar position ESSENTIAL!
5yrs+ previous experience in a fabrication manufacturing environment.
Must be familiar with the following:
- all positional welds
- full penetration welds
- fillet welds
- special metal welds
- submerged arc welding
- pre-heating

Staff management experience.
Strong team leader.
Effective interpersonal and strategic influencing skills.
Strong and well tested coaching and counselling skills.
Considerable analytical skills gained through broad experience and application.
