Welding Quality Inspector

Requirements:

Grade 12
Relevant quality qualification
Minimum of 5 years experience in quality inspection within Engineering / Manufacturing concern
Solid experience in Coating inspections
NDT inspections
SAIW / NACE qualifications
In depth knowledge of ISO 9001/2000

Duties: (But not limited to)

Ensure quality checks are done correctly on all incoming material
Perform quality inspection checks
Liaise with clients
Final product and packaging inspections
Sample testing
Assist with machine set ups and problem solving
Handling of non conformances
In house calibration
Ensure all quality standards are met at all times
Report writing of the quality of products manufactured
Other ad hoc duties as per Management

Salary: Negotiable depending on experience and qualifications.
