Skills & Experience:

Design experience within building services sector

Ability to communicate at all levels and present design work

Liaise with the sub-contractors and contractors on site, lead site meetings, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets

Proven track record of projects completed

Experience supervising Junior Engineers, Technicians and Draughtsman

Sign off tender documentation, control budgets and attend client meetings as well as assist in site supervision

Complete high end designs of wet services that include plumbing and drainage; hot and cold water reticulation systems; waste water; storm water drainage; water heating systems; pump tanks and sanitary ware systems

5+ years’ experience signing off designs of Wet Services

Mentor Junior Engineers, Technicians and Draughtsman as well as complete tender documentation, control budgets and attend client meetings. The preferred candidate must be willing to travel locally and internationally to ensure that projects run smoothly and are completed within budget and given time frame.
