Qualification:

BSc/ BEng/ BTech: Mechanical/Civil Engineering

Pr. Eng/Pr. Tech Eng (adv)



Skills & Experience:

Design for drainage, domestic and hot water supply system piping layouts

Design for storm water drainage system considering requirement of roof rain water down take pipes, sub-soil drainage and external landscape drainage layouts

Design for waste and soil piping as required for various areas

Design for cold (domestic/ flushing) and hot water (and hot water return/reverse return) piping

Managing contractors and sub-contractors, and performing full project management

Presenting designs to clients and directors

3 - 6 year's wet services engineering experience



Job Description:

You will be responsible for the design of drainage, domestic and hot water supply system piping layouts, storm water drainage system considering requirement of roof rain water down take pipes, sub-soil drainage and external landscape drainage layouts, and cold (domestic/ flushing) and hot water (and hot water return/reverse return) piping. Other duties will include managing contractors and sub-contractors, and you will also have to present designs to clients.
