Have a grade 10 or Equivalent qualifications. •
A valid Winding Engine Driver Certificate •
Have 5 years’ experience on AC and DC winders
Coordinate the working schedules of large group of WED’s •
Arrange and co-ordinate a leave schedule for the WED’s •
Manage all overtime worked by WED’s •
Optimize the WED compliment
