Description: Company in the wine industry is seeking an experienced Workshop Supervisor/Manager to implement and maintain their maintenance plans, stock, fleet management and more. The ideal candidate will be dynamic, self-motivated, competent and able to work independently and accurately. The candidate will also need to have a strong personality and good managing skills to work within a team.
Key Requirements: Good knowledge of electrical, pneumatic and wine equipment mechanics systems (wine pumps – centrifugal, piston, pressure release valves, actuators, etc.). Good communication skills to liaise with our machine operators, participate to our weekly meetings, place orders with suppliers and manage the workshop. Computer literate. Knowledge in welding of steel and stainless steel. Valid SA ID and driver’s licence with own reliable transport. Must be able to work independently and in a responsible manner.
Remuneration: Market related, based on experience, State expected salary
