Wellington Wines, located in the picturesque Boland region, produces quality premium wine and currently has a challenging career opportunity available for a young Winemaker to form part of the dynamic production team.

The successful candidate will report to the Production Manager and will be responsible for the following:
? winemaking
? quality control
? stock control
? wine administration
? personnel management
? maintenance and housekeeping
? wine tastings and liaison.

The ideal candidate has:
? a formal qualification (degree or diploma) in viticulture and oenology
? at least 3 years’ experience as Winemaker
? experience in producing quality wines
? computer skills (EZYWine)
? excellent interpersonal– and communication skills
? the ability to function effectively as part of a team.
