Salaried Graduate Trainee Internship Program where candidates are given the opportunity to be trained and skilled up over an 18 month contract period in a IT/Business Applications environment while working on site at one of our clients, on a full time basis. Responsibilities include working on actual IT project implementations, while receiving mentor-ship on an ongoing basis. The goal is to get the candidate skilled up over the 18 month period to a level where they are completely self-sufficient and are able to deliver value to the business. A review will then take place after the 18 month period to determine next steps.
