Our client is looking for a Work Integrated Learning & Bursary Specialist to register, promote and implement work integrated learning (WIL) programmes for employers, stakeholders, training providers and learners in accordance with the companies policies and applicable legislation governing these types of programmes.

Key Responsibilities
- To manage the implementation of the various projects from inception to completion, including monitoring and controlling the budget and financial aspects for the projects;
- To liaise with and manage relationships with employers, Public Higher Education Institutions and service providers that form part of the learning programmes delivery model
- Collaborate with the Research department to conduct ongoing research and recommend the development of new projects; provide input to the continuous improvement of existing projects and the supply & demand information to the Research department
- To travel extensively whilst representing the company at the various stakeholder forums, events, employer site-visits, attending workshops including the honouring learning programmes related invitations by stakeholders

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s in Business Management or Learning & Development Degree or equivalent
- 3 years’ experience in the implementation of learning programmes (including bursaries and
internships)
- 3 years’ project management experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Project management qualification, preferable PrinceSkills Development Act, Levies Act and related aspects pertaining to Learning Programs
- BBBEE score card pertaining to the Skills Development Scorecard category
- Project management Knowledge
- Financial acumen Knowledge
