Work Integrated Learning & Bursary Specialist

• Permanent Position
• Johannesburg, Gauteng
• Bachelors in Business Management/ Learning & Development
• 3 years project management experience & project management qualification (preferably Prince II)
• 3 years experience in the implementation of learning programmes
• Knowledge of the Skills Development Act
• Valid drivers license
• Networking and organising skills

Purpose of the Position

To register, promote and implement work integrated learning (WIL) programmes for employers, stakeholders, training providers and learners in accordance with company policies and applicable legislation
To manage the implementation of various projects from inception to completion
Monitoring & controlling the budget & financial aspects of the projects
To manage relationships with employers, Higher Education Institutions and service providers that form part of the learning programmes
To conduct Quality Assurance visits with employers, training providers and / or Higher Education Institutions to ensure that quality standards are maintained
Collaborate with Research department to conduct ongoing research and recommend the development of new projects and provide input to the continuous improvement of existing projects
Extensive travel
To satisfy all compliance related activities (performance reporting, audits, ensuring availability of information)
To conduct all work activities as guided by the company policies and processes
