A position has become available for a suitable person as a Workplace Co-ordinator at a Nationally Accredited Private Training Provider within the Education and Training Sector.

The successful person should possess the following qualities:

Job Requirements:
• Valid Drivers License (PDP would be advantageous)
• Minimum Matric (Tertiary qualifications would be advantageous)
• Deadline driven
• Self-motivated
• Able to prioritise and work under pressure at times
• Excellent administration skills
• Good MS Office experience
• Excellent communication ability, preferably fluent in two of the following languages: English, Afrikaans or Xhosa
• Able to be proactive and take initiative
• Able to adapt to change easily

Key areas of responsibility:
• Host sites: placing learners on sites & updating of spread sheets
• Sourcing of host sites
• Workplace audits: yearly audits of all host sites
• Workplace problems: dealing with all workplace related issues
• Customer services: providing customer services to all schools and host sites
• Explanation of roles and responsibilities to the host sites
• General administration/filing
