2 to 3 years experience in the same position.
MS Office essential.
Generate Supplier orders Nationally on the Oracle System
Vehicle History-Warranty Claims back ground
Must have costing/warranty/flat rate experience
Must have experience in service schedule/intervals
Technical back ground.
Building Maintenance roster on a daily basis and booking the equipment
Must be able to work independently & under pressure
Liaise with branches on repairs/arrange for parts to be sent to branches.
Service/maintenance bookings with suppliers
To follow up on outstanding orders/quotes
Daily filing of jobcards
Compile weekly/monthly overtime reports/ Open Employee files/leave roster all workshop staff
Follow up on outstanding supplier invoices
Receiving of supplier invoices
Issuing of approved orders to service providers
Arrange documentation for new service provider accounts
Arrange documentation and payment for COD accounts
Daily follow up of VOR reports (vehicle off road)
Distribution of licence documents and discs-Nationally
Authorizing of maintenance work to be undertaken ( learning process)
