Our client, a dynamic motor dealership group in North West, Free State, Mpumalanga & Limpopo as well as Gauteng requires a suitable candidate for the position of Service Workshop Foreman situated in Rustenburg.

Duties / Responsibilities:
• Provide an excellent service by understanding the customer needs / requirements and ensure
all work done is done right the first time.
• Responsible for hands-on control of technicians & technician teams, equipment and workshop output
• Promote production and efficiency of staff.
• Keep control on all progress and expected time of completion of work, parts and perform all relevant administration.
• Promote and implement Customer Enthusiasm and Owner Loyalty to develop existing & new service business and;
• Lead, develop and motivate staff.

Requirements:
• Relevant Technical qualification in Auto Mobile / Mechanical Artisan ship & 3 years in Truck Workshop with knowledge of modern workshop
systems;
• Computer literate with Customer skills essential;
• Hands–on Management and self-driven abilities coupled with analysis & problem solving, integrity will ensure further suitability.
• Application of Policies & Procedures, Warranty / Insurance Knowledge, Brand / product and program Knowledge.
• Strong communication skills in Afrikaans and English. Knowledge of Zulu will be an added advantage.
