Our automotive dealer client currently holds a vacancy for an AA Foreman with Toyota exprience based in Pretoria.
The core purpose of this position is to meet outstanding quality standards while ensuring productivity and efficiency targets are met.

PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will:
Control strategic direction and staff motivation
Control and motivation of workshop staff
Meeting CSI objectives especially - FIX RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.
Meet productivity and quality objectives
Establish staff training needs
Control workshop loading and breakdowns
Taking care of warranty failed material
Control of workshop expenses and tool equipment
Be required from time to time to repair and maintain vehicles

Minimum Requirements:
Matric Certificate
Qualified Technician with NTC 3
A valid Code 08 driver's license - unendorsed
Previous experience as workshop foreman
Proven track record in Customer Service
Technical Diploma or equivalent qualification
Computer literate
Knowledge in the interpretation and implementation of strategic plans of the business
