Our busy Commercial Vehicle dealer client currently holds a vacancy for an experienced EE Workshop Foreman based in Nelspruit.

Manage and drive productivity and efficiency to achieve set targets
Responsible for the achievement of sold hours target
Responsible for minimizing rectifications / reworks through continuous improvement of quality of workmanship
Responsible for supervising and ensuring training of staff in the workshop
Responsible for planning and workshop loading
Responsible for ensuring that health, safety and environmental procedures are adhered to at all times

Must be pro-active, highly motivated
Must be able to work independently though being a team player

Minimum qualification and experience / skills required
Must have Matric / N3 with a technical qualification as a Diesel Mechanic or Auto Electrican
Must have at least 5 years’ experience in a workshop in a similar capacity with a good understanding of the
truck and bus environment
Must be computer literate with diagnostic abilities; literacy in Embrace being an added advantage
Must possess a valid driver’s licence (code ec)
Must be prepared to work overtime and perform stand by duties
