RedCat Recruitment is seeking a WORKSHOP MANAGER for a national concern – position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Computer literate (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Qualified Diesel Mechanic ESSENTIAL!
Previous working experience on agricultural equipment ESSENTIAL!
Plan and schedule assembly of new equipment.
Plan and schedule repairs to be done.
Attend to repairs/warranty repairs in field.
Manage workshop staff.
Train workshop staff.
Make sure warranty procedures are adhered to.
Complete necessary documentation for work done.

Salary offered: R15 000-00 – R20 000-00 per month (basic) + R1000-00 (cellphone allowance) + pension + medical aid + company vehicle (for business use only).
