We are urgently looking for a Senior Workshop Manager to join our dynamic team in Rustenburg. The ideal candidate must meet the set criteria below:

Responsibilities

• Plan out all plant servicing repairs and maintenance with time allocations
• Plan and report on the job cards of work that has been done and costing the jobs.
• Ensure correct job numbers are used and that time records are correct filed to the relevant folders
• Making requisitions for all materials and other resources required as per job card
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop the workshop team to achieve their daily objectives.
• Ensure that a safe working environment is maintained with the general housekeeping
• Conduct quality checks.
• Enforce service plans and prepare service schedules for all plant, vehicles and equipment.
• Enforce inspections for all plant, vehicles and equipment
• Identify client’s need, explain and demonstrate services offered
• Conduct assessments of field work to be done before contracts are signed

Requirements
• + 15 years work experience in a workshop environment with sound knowledge in logistics as well
• Degree in Mechanic Engineering or any relevant Qualification
• Strong computer skills
• Traceable references
• Drivers licence
• Willing to relocate.
