We are looking for a well-groomed, front line person to handle the Service Reception at a busy motor dealership. You will be dealing with customers telephonically and face to face, you need to be able to think on your feet and handle difficult customers, while remaining calm and pleasant at all times. Good administration skills are required as well as being fluent in English and Afrikaans. Some experience in a workshop environment will be a great advantage.
