A well-established clothing manufacturer in Cape Town is currently looking to employ an experienced Workstudy Officer to operate in our Cutting Room.

Specific experience in this area will be beneficial.

Role and Responsibilities
· Set time standards on Auto Spreader and manual laying up operations
· Conducting Time and Method studies
· Implement and Install New Methods
· Production studies
· Capacity checks and boosting
· Activity Sampling
· Identifying problems and deviations from the standard methods and solving it

KEY TASK / ACTIVITY :
· Increase the Cutting Room Output
· Implement an Incentive Scheme
· Ensure that all operations has targets,

SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/ATTRIBUTES:
· Matric and Workstudy Diploma
· Must be computer literate
· Accuracy, Efficiency and good communication skills required.
· 2-5 yrs Cutting Room experience will be advantageous
· Superior analytical and reasoning abilities
· Innovative in problem solving to meet agreed targets
· Able to work within a team and individually

Remuneration:
R11,000 – R12,000 CTC which includes benefits, depending on experience.
