KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Increase departmental growth – financially and at operational level
• Mitigate operational and financial risks
• Ensure conformance to SHE from all staff and guests in the service center
• Take ownership of housekeeping in and around the facility
• Promote high levels of CRM and a culture of accurate customer feedback
• Identify and present opportunities for improvement of the workshop
• Review work orders (job cards) to ensure all action has been documented according to service workshop and brand policies and procedures
• Plan and adjust daily workload with foreman and service advisors to ensure continued flow of processes and systems
• Prepare and plan budgets & expenditure for the department
• Professional communications with suppliers and OEM After sales staff
• Monthly & weekly report writing

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Grade 12 or Relevant technician qualification
• 4-6 years in a similar role
• 3-5 years experience in managing an automotive workshop
• Computer literacy, including Automate and SAP
• Technical background essential
• RSA applicants will be considered
• Code 14 License + PDP
• Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette
