Purpose:

To coordinate:

1. The processing of the arrival, storage, packing and despatching of Company product at its site
2. The ordering, loading and despatching of containers and trucks especially for the overseas market
3. The loading of containers and trucks within provided time.
4. To ensure all data related to 1 & 3 is captured and given to respective parties
5. To ensure at all times client requirements are met and that client relationships are maintained

Requirements
? Be computer literate (basic).
? Have current forklift licence
? Current valid South African Drivers code 8 licence (Code 14 will be advantageous)
? Competent in Literacy and Numeracy and spoken English

Duties
? Supervise staff at your disposal
? General house keeping
? Attend meetings with suppliers, clients and Supervising off loading and loading of trucks and containers
? Loading of stock into containers
? Loading of trucks provided
? Loading of stock into bins provided
? Check weights in accordance with paperwork - investigate and report any discrepancies
? Update Daily Stock Count and email to respective parties
? Liaise with clients and supplier to ensure the smooth running of the despatching of orders
? Monitor and record stock levels
? Supply clients, suppliers and management with accurate and up to date information
? Ensure safe and secure practises on site
