We are now offering 15 individuals a chance to join our Franchise Development Program. This is an opportunity to “earn and learn!’’ Our aim is to groom and develop you into a sales and marketing manager, excelling in the areas of training and business management. We will give you all the necessary training, manuals, guidance and mentorship to set you up for success… What we ask for in return is 100% commitment, and a willing attitude to learn.
This is a full-time, permanent position and the program is on average 12-18 months. The timeframe is dependent on the individual, your work ethic, drive, skill-set etc…. the record is 7 months! Think of this opportunity like an apprenticeship, working and learning at the same time. Once you have completed the program you will be responsible for managing a marketing and sales team.
For this position you need to have:
• A minimum of a Matric or the equivalent
• Emotional maturity and confidence when dealing with other individuals
• Fluent in English with Afrikaans as a bonus, communication skills is a must have!
• An upbeat, positive and lively personality
• A dream to grow and succeed in life
• The desire to learn and develop your skills
