Zone Controller – Silverton, Pretoria - R9 000.00 – R12 000.00 per month

Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12)
Own vehicle essential
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the Courier industry

Duties:
Monitoring of collections and delivery performance, isolating of problem areas and solution implementation
Management of all Operations staff
Consistently monitoring of service levels (SLA)
Monitoring and ensure the safety and security of staff and freight in the warehouse
Planning of collections and deliveries
Conducting weekly driver meetings

Self-disciplined, reliable and mature individual
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be prepared to work long hours
