Edenvale is an exceptionally calm town which ranges from the middle class areas to the upper class areas. In recent years the district to the north of Edenvale has expanded considerably. Two malls have gone up, as well as an assortment of complexes and townhouses. It hosts a large population of Portuguese and Italian inhabitants.
