Manufacturing Jobs in South Africa
Manufacturing jobs vary by position. It does not universally follow the same description. In South Africa, Manufacturing is dominated by the following industries: Automotive, Metals, Chemicals, Textiles, Clothing, Footwear, Agri Processing, ICT and electronics. Having relative experience when applying for a job in the manufacturing industry, is advantageous. Some employers will want you to have 3-5 years previous experience. Some might require less but there will definitely be those who require more than 5 years experience. It is highly unlikely that they will hire anyone that does not have the right qualifications; the manufacturing industry needs candidates who are qualified and can do the job well.
