As you can see from my cv, I have extensive work experiences in investigations including critical points in a plant by communicating with different departments about different specifications and non-conformances. These departments include production, laboratories (analytical and micro Lab), warehouse, dry stores, weigh bridge and milk reception (tankers). At Parmalat My research was more specific about milk losses and butter fats. I was required to work in a lab to test the quality of the milk and process control room to control the process. This project gave me the exposure to study more about the equipments: separator, pasteurizer, sterilizer, homogenous, cooling towers. This project gave me varied skills because I was also a part of a service team whereby we were servicing cooling tower, compressors, refrigerators mothly. My duties at Clover includes receive incoming raw materials (dry and wet ingredients), Chemicals, packaging materials, Sensory (daily and shelf life) Evaluations, Handling and. Handling of Lab waste Material and Control of balances. Preparation, control and use of chemicals,and solutions. Calibration, Use and Maintenance of lab machines. Colour Control checks. Preparations and Control of Solutions with Specific Normalities. Quality Control Checks Sample taking online including releasing final products. Effluent, factory and municipality testing (COD, total chlorine and total hardness), Microbiological testing. Monthly audits, monthly reports, customer complaints, non-conformances, deviations reports and attending departmental meetings. I am a first aider, I am trained on maintaining occupational health, safety and general housekeeping and I am a trained internal auditor. I believe I could fit easily into your team.
