I started working in an engineering design office then later worked in a depot environment where i learnt to work with staff under me and dealt with custormers. I learnt how to communicate and to resove problems quickly. I became a project manager where i was responsible for a number of projects. I learnt how to handle multiple projects and how to prioritise. I was appointed in various management positions since 2005 and learnt how to manage people and to communicate at various levels.
