I am passionate about customers satisfaction and thus always look for ways to improve and solve problems. I like to take initiative and start projects that are aimed at doing things better. It might not always be according to book but always within frameworks of policy. I think my best asset is working with and through people and ensuring harmony within the working environment. Now that I am older and hopefully wiser, I am not so scared of confrontation anymore.
