My CV aims to showcase both my experience and enthusiasm across a range of interlinked fields, from project coordination to conflict management and humanitarian mediation. I have always been extremely ambitious, I strive under pressure, and enjoy being challenged. Through a combination of the roles I have held, my academic achievements, and my personal experiences, I have developed a strong record in relationship building and become extremely organised, particularly as I am often juggling more than one project at a time. I’m happiest when I am being challenged and given the opportunity to push myself and grow, I can also guarantee that I show up every day and give 110% to my work. While I do enjoy working independently, I have no issues with working within a larger team and have plenty of experience in doing so. I can often put a lot of pressure on myself and therefore do enjoy spending time outside of work to broaden my knowledge and skills through short courses or interactive seminars. I will be submitting my dissertation for my MSc in Defence, Development and Diplomacy at Durham University by September 6th 2021 and am looking for roles in or around the Durban area which commence October 1st 2021 onwards (earlier if remote). I hope to be able to join a team which strives towards creating meaningful change and I know that I would be an extremely strong asset to them. My personal circumstances mean that I am hoping to find a position in or around the KZN area in South Africa as my partner is South African, relocation is not an issue.
