I graduated from the University of the Western Cape with a BSc Biotechnology and BSc Honours degree in Biotechnology. I currently work temporarily as a Medical Lab Technician at Hamadi Clinical Laboratories, and as a Clinical Trial Recruiter at Subjectwell SA. Through my work experience, I have gained skills in interpersonal interactions, time management skills, attention to detail and high level of accuracy, and providing excellent customer service and patient experience. I have acquired in depth knowledge of medical equipment, medical conditions, and medical procedures. I have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as excellent electronic (computational) skills which include great knowledge of Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint), Microsoft Outlook and Edge. I work well under pressure and with minimal supervision, I work well autonomously as well as within a team, I have good planning and organizational skills, I am not afraid to take initiative and put in hard work that shows my integrity and commitment to my work.
