My name is Antony Percy Ndaba. I’m a Mechanical Engineer by profession. I have acquired my B.Eng. (Mechanical) degree in 1999 at the University of Pretoria and registered as a Professional Engineer (Pr. Eng.) with ECSA (Engineering Council of South Africa) since 2009. I have also managed to complete my two Masters Degrees as follows: M.Eng. (Masters in Engineering Management) with the University of Pretoria in 2007 as well as MBL (Maters in Business Leadership) with University of South Africa in 2013. My Management and Leadership experience and area of expertise are in the following organisational areas: • Project Engineering Management: Management of all engineering activities, resources, budgets and plans within all the engineering disciplines in support of major projects within an organisation. • Engineering Management: Management of engineering department consisting of design engineers, technicians, technical writers, industrial technicians and a configuration officers. • Engineering Support: Management of Project teams providing technical services to various customers in the support phase of the product's life cycle. • Industrial Engineering: Providing technical and planning services to the production line (Manufacturing Baseline and process engineering). • Programme Management: Providing project management services to various clients. • Operations Management: Production Engineering, Production, Material Planning & Warehouse/stores. • Systems Engineering: Using IEEE 1220 principles and other Systems Engineering processes for system and subsystem definitions. Top down design approach whereby requirements are defined from system to component level. • Business Leadership: Mechanical Design & Industrial Engineering, Production (manufacturing, heat treatment & assembly areas), Supply Chain (which includes Material Planning & Master Production Scheduling), Warehouse/stores & Maintenance, Project Management Office, Quality Assurance and Finance.
