My name is Antony Gary Stephen, I am 43 yrs old and have more than 22 years of experience in the petrochemical industry, specializing as a Lead Scheduler and Planner, Senior Planning and Scheduling for Refinery Shutdown and Turnarounds. As well as Inspection Planning and Scheduling, Contingency and services Planning and Scheduling and risk management. I spent the majority of my career specializing in Inspection, QA/QC Management, welding and Fabrication Inspection, QMS management and control, ISO 9001 accreditation, implementation and certification, QA/QC document control, construction management, subsea/offshore piping testing and installations. I have just recently ended a 8 year contract with Chevron (Astron Energy) refinery due to a shortage of work after the recent explosion on the 2nd July.
